About Me

I come from Italy and have international background as I have lived in Germany and Kenya, I live in Norway since September 2003.

I speak 5 languages, have a very long experience in textile market and like to think out of the box.

Besides that I love art, jazz and sailing.

Innovation Bay is a small design office run by Cristina Schiratti Bay based in Kolbotn, a stone-throw away from Oslo, Norway.

Passion for Fashion and Art! I recently depend my love for Art studying in Greece. Moreover, my creativity stretches over several fields, I have been rethinking and renewing a lot of logos and product packaging.
With a long experience in textile industry and passion for new possibilities and challenges, I can offer both textile and graphic design. I have a been working a lot with garment production in both Italy as well as the Far-East, China, Philippines and India.
In the last years worked more with graphic design and enjoy the challenge of thinking about how to improve product packaging. We all know the power of good packaging so I enjoy working with this.
I am used to work under a tight schedule on several projects at the same time, mostly under pressure but I like to take some time to develop the best ideas.

Apart from design I also translate instructions or
manuals whenever needed.

I love working with oil and watercolor; aswell as
drawing on paper and on my Mac in
Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.
